Generally, you will fit into one of the below categories:
Complete refurbishment
Complete refurbishment of existing kitchen space (strip out through to final decoration).
We would look after the whole project for you, including removal of walls, engaging structural engineer if necessary, new bifold or sliding doors/windows, electrics, plumbing, plastering; the full turn-key service.
Integration
Integration of two or more existing spaces through removing wall(s).

Building a new house
Building a new house; architect’s drawings already in place.
Initially you will be needing design and layout advice. Engaging us early on is in everyone’s best interests. We can really add value here to help you potentially improve your architect’s layouts and put you on the front foot when going out to tender with builders.
Kitchen extension
Putting a kitchen extension on to your house; architect’s drawings already in place.

Thinking of extending
Thinking of extending to make a larger kitchen. No drawings at this stage.
Coming to see us ahead of an architect can be very advantageous; the goal of an extension is to give you what you need from an internal perspective. Figuring this out first, rather than having the extension drawn and then trying to work out how the inside will work, makes total sense. We can show you what you can achieve by extending 3 metres, where windows/doors should be placed etc. We then have a trusted architect, structural engineer and builder who can then price and manage this area of the works, again give you a full turn-key service.
The common denominator in all five scenarios is the kitchen design and the internal space layout. We know from feedback that this is where we add massive value.
I look at each project from a far bigger perspective than just kitchen units. We need to consider how your family operates, how you live and cook, what you do when you enter the door after school or a busy day at work. What does the morning look like for you. Where will the school bags / kit bags and all the various paraphernalia go. Is there a wet muddy dog and soggy towels to think about. Do you want to be able to do some work in the kitchen area? How do we make the space successfully serve multiple functions and yet look inviting and stunning when you have guests over.
BUDGET
Talking money can be a little awkward for everyone, Emily included. But we think it’s best to be as open as possible and have the conversation early on. Our great product range gives us scope to be flexible and work with you around the budgetary side of things.
Maybe it’s too early for you to know what your budget is as you could potentially be waiting on building quotes. In this situation, we can work on a design-only basis at the initial stage, until you know where you are with the financial aspect of your project.
